Classic Nob Hill Apartment

This complete remodel of an Edwardian flat atop Nob Hill was designed for a young professional couple. Although the unit had excellent bones, it required a modern refresh to enhance its appeal. The kitchen was relocated from a cramped and closed-off space into the formal dining room, resulting in a spacious, open great room perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying daily living in a light-filled environment. The former kitchen space was transformed into an additional bedroom, adding both value and functionality to the home without enlarging the existing square footage.
