This complete renovation has transformed a 1920s home, once marred by an unfortunate remodel from the 1960s, into a modern open space ideal for a young family. Walls separating the living room, dining room, and kitchen were removed, creating an expansive area perfect for both entertaining and everyday living. The former powder room was enlarged to accommodate a new full bathroom that boasts an en-suite connection to the master bedroom. Meanwhile, an underutilized storage space downstairs was converted into a spacious family room, guest suite, and laundry room, enhancing the home's functionality and comfort.
