This off-grid ranch house is designed to operate entirely on renewable energy, utilizing 100% solar, wind, and alternative fuel sources. The passive solar design optimizes natural light and energy efficiency throughout the dwelling. The project encompasses not only the main residence but also an equipment shed and outdoor recreation areas, with plans for future expansion to enhance functionality and livability.

The couple will use place as a seasonal home with the plan to live year-round upon retirement.
